Real or No Real Gobrecht Dollar? UPDATE 11/6 PCGS SAYS..... GENUINE!!!

Friend of mine has had this coin for years and I finally talked him in to sending it in to PCGS under the Genuine service. He was very hesitant because he's not sure if it's real or not, and the guy he bought it from also sold him a fake 1911-D $2.50 Indian. Thank in advance for your opinions. Note the coin is an impaired proof and severely hairlined on the obverse field to the right of the Seated Liberty.

I have no idea of the diagnostics for determining genuine or not, but if it is fake, the rest of the coin market should be scared, very scared.

I vote fake. Albeit a decent one, but a counterfeit nonetheless.
